Handicap ACCESSIBILITY

Seasons at Magnolia Manor recognizes that not all visitors have been here before and may need a little more information about our accessibility.  The following are our accommodations for any guests who may need them. Please do not hesitate to call us ahead of your visit to discuss how we can make your time here enjoyable.


Special Guest Assistance:

At Magnolia if you are attending an event or coming to stay for the night and make use of a wheelchair, cane, walker or just need a little extra support, we offer staff trained to assist you.  These staff members will take you to all handicap accessible paths, entrances, ramps and accessways.  We will stay with you until you no longer feel you need our assistance.


Special Accommodations:

Handicap access to our Manor House is available through our Staff only entrance.  If you are a guest of the manor - please contact us so we may await your arrival and can escort you safely to where you need to go.


Gardens and Paths:

Seasons at Magnolia has many lovely areas to enjoy outdoors and in but not all paths are conducive for those of us who are managing mobility challenges.  Please feel free to contact us ahead of your visit so we can have one of our guest assistants meet you when you arrive. We will show you our handicap accessible paths and features personally. There is an accessible path to every celebration area on the property.


Restrooms:

We have 3 restrooms on the property that are Handicap Accessible and 1 that is ADA compliant. Please let us know when you arrive if you would like a brief tour to familiarize you with where these restrooms are located and how to get to them easily and safely. 


Ramps:

Seasons at Magnolia has ADA compliant ramps that allow for easy wheelchair access to all public buildings that do not have ground level entrance options. Some ramps require staff activation so please let staff know if you will be visiting and may need this type of access. 


Grab Bars | Hand Grips | Wheelchair Turn Radius | Handrails are available in all public rest rooms. 


If you believe you may need accommodations or assistance not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will support your safe and comfortable visit in any way we are able.

Schedule a Tour

Seasons at Magnolia is offering in person tours coupled with a complimentary private tasting with Taste of Life! Please indicate below how many people will be attending your tour with you. Our max is 4 per tour right now.
Thank you for your Tour Request. When you visit Magnolia you will get to see the property that is yours for the day including the lush grounds, the banquet room, the VERY popular Decor Cottage, and finally the mansion complete with 5 guest rooms each with their own bathrooms (all yours for one night before or after your wedding day depending on contract), the bridal suite, grooms lounge and common rooms.

You will also be treated to a complimentary tasting with Taste of Life Catering Co. This tasting is one of the more delicious and filling tastings you will ever experience so please don't forget to let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requests such as gluten free, vegetarian or vegan so we can make your chef aware before you come!

We make every effort to schedule you during on your selected day of the week and time. We will send you a text with your tour schedule. If you cannot make the tour please respond to the text with any alternate options and we will attempt to make it work with one of our tour coordinators.

*Our Venue closes to the public during wedding and other special events.  No tours or B&B guest stays may occur during a wedding or event day without special arrangements as our Manor is reserved exclusively for our couples. All tours require an appointment. All visits by booked clients require an appointment or confirmation of your visit.
